By contacting Help Direct, our advisors can make sure that you are getting the help and support you need. We can help you find support for people with disabilities, from equipment and adaptations through to supported shopping, meals on wheels and accessing personal care. If you are a carer then Help Direct can also get you in touch with local and national support groups and even help you to access short breaks and day care services.
