  • Feeling Safe in Your Home and Community
  • Learning and Leisure
  • Managing Finance

Background

Help Direct launched in November 2008 as a service commissioned by Lancashire County Council and is an investment to help build and link community-based preventative and wellbeing services. Delivery of the Help Direct service was awarded to several different providers accross the county. For this area, it was awarded to Age Concen Lancashire who deliver Help Direct in Lancaster, Chorley and West Lancashire.
